Explore our Tumbling Classes

This class is for our students ages 18 months- 3.5 years old. This is our first step tumbling class, where students learn about shapes, colors, balance, counting, and following directions, while learning some basic tumbling skills along the way! This class does require an adult to participate with each child.

This class is for tumblers ages 3.5-5 that focuses on basic tumbling skills and forms; such as an arrow position, bridge positions, forward rolls, backward rolls, handstand holds against a wall, along with other handstand variations, and progress to achieving cartwheels.

This class is geared towards 5-8-year-old tumblers, and the focus continues to build on progressing and advancing through basic tumbling technique with variations of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, roundoffs, and walkovers.

This class is geared towards 9-11-year-old tumblers, and the focus continues to build on progressing and advancing through basic tumbling technique with variations of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, roundoffs, and walkovers. Continuing on with limbering skills, power skills, pikes, straddles, and back-hand springs.

This class is geared towards athletes 11 and older, and the focus continues to build on progressing and advancing through basic tumbling technique with variations of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, roundoffs, and walkovers. Continuing with limbering skills, power skills, pikes, straddles, and back-hand springs.

This class is geared towards our athletes who have specific skills for cheerleading and a need to fine-tune their technique for their squads. Skills include, but are not limited variations of forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, roundoffs, and walkovers. Continuing with limbering skills, power skills, pikes, straddles, and back-hand springs.
